DYC is a Dallas institution and the go-to source for yoga in Dallas as far as I am concerned. The facility is ideal for yoga instruction, and the teachers are excellent - very knowledgeable and very good at helping students of all levels advance their practice without injury. I highly recommend!!
The Mysore program is really great here. Dean is a gifted teacher and I am grateful to be part of this community. I have been practicing for 10 years so have a lot of experience with different teachers, Dean has a lot of knowledge and ability to help you be honest with yourself to get the most out of your practice. I haven't taken any other classes so can only comment on this class but I highly recommend it!
There are a lot of very good yoga studios in Dallas, but DYC is in a league of its own. They have an incredible variety of classes, workshops and wellness services. Their instructors are fantastic. Their retail space is lovely and always has interesting things. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I absolutely love Dallas Yoga Center!
