I LOVE DYC! This is my place of solitude, laughter and education. I literally find each one of these things which I crave every time I enter DYC. I love all of my teachers and fellow students. It feels like a second home.
- I had never done meditation before I went to Lauren’s class for the first time. I did not know what to expect or how it worked. After one hour, she guided me through one of the most intense experiences of my life so far. I felt like my life was a five-hundred-piece puzzle and attending that class was the fifth hundred piece I was looking for. I felt balanced and clear minded when I left the room that day. I recommend her meditation classes as I hope it will give you the same reaction.
