Contacted them multiple times about tree trimming and never returned phone calls. They do not return messages although their answering machine says they will in 15 mins. Eventually the young lady at the desk made me an appointment. They did not evn bother to show up!!! Didnt even call to cancel the appointment wasting my whole day. When I finally reached someone, he was so rude and was yelling at me, lying and claiming I did not return their phone calls. I have never been treated so poorly in my life! -- BEWARE
Your tree service came out and did several large tree removals and some tree trimming for us as well. The tree removals were done with no problems and the trees looked so good that it has made everyone on my block stop by and look and several have asked who did the work for me. I gave them your number and Im sure they will be calling as I will again next year. It is refreshing to have work done by a tree service will knowledge and customer service that you offer.
