I wouldnt use Dallas Tree Surgeons again. Though the tree trimming job was what I was looking for, and the price was relatively reasonable, they were disorganized and disappointingly unprofessional.The crew left trash in my yard, and though the price included clean-up and haul-away, branches were left all over the place. Wow! The team has impressed me again. Noah, Juan Carlos and the team are the best of the best. They are like family. The team is syncronized and always happy and it shows. If business would understand that working in harmony - that is the best always removes the I and replaces it with we. Great Tree Service! They did a perfect job on the tree trimming and the dangerous tree removal went off without a hitch. Cleanup was great too.
Contacted them multiple times about tree trimming and never returned phone calls. They do not return messages although their answering machine says they will in 15 mins. Eventually the young lady at the desk made me an appointment. They did not evn bother to show up!!! Didnt even call to cancel the appointment wasting my whole day. When I finally reached someone, he was so rude and was yelling at me, lying and claiming I did not return their phone calls. I have never been treated so poorly in my life! -- BEWARE
