Worst service I’ve ever seen called them many times to schedule appointments and today she refused to finish adding my information to schedule me to see the doctor I keep telling her i’m in pain and she said I have another patient to assist.
You know they say there is no such thing as a perfect rating; people often say that there is always room for improvement; but in this case, there is NOTHING better Dr. Syed could have done! She was absolutely amazing in every way! Her promptness, mannerisms, professionalism, empathy, her listening ear and her thoroughness. Not to mention her patience! Great staff. Really like my doctor. He is very kind and informative. The blood drawer was super nice, and I barely felt the needle. I recommend this medical facility.
This front office is absolute trash. I’ve tried to pay my deductible every time I go in and they refuse payment. They then accept payment finally on the next visit. I had 6 months between visits and they sent my account to collections. Not once did I receive a phone call or voicemail from a human about this. Robots do not get through call screening. Their office is still in the Stone Age. Stay away!
