Great staff. Really like my doctor. He is very kind and informative. The blood drawer was super nice, and I barely felt the needle. I recommend this medical facility.
This front office is absolute trash. I’ve tried to pay my deductible every time I go in and they refuse payment. They then accept payment finally on the next visit. I had 6 months between visits and they sent my account to collections. Not once did I receive a phone call or voicemail from a human about this. Robots do not get through call screening. Their office is still in the Stone Age. Stay away!
