This hotel was overwhelmed with a group, and the service has been non existent. My colleague arrived at his room with someone else's bags in the room. And after changing rooms, the next night he returned to no service and had to wait in the lobby until the room was cleaned. And the next night the same happened to me, and I got service after three calls to the front desk. Absolutely recommend. Had a Catholic Youth Conference at the Irving Convention Center and many of the visiting parish's teens stayed here. Staff went above and beyond to make it a great experience. They had an ice cream truck stop by, they offered everyone free ponchos when it rained Saturday mirning, they were very respectful in helping keep the kids quiet when they needed reminders. Thank you Clifton and staff!
The hotel is in a great location with awesome views. Very clean with great service. The Lake Views are so beautiful and peaceful. I will definitely stay again when I come back in a few weeks.
It was clean and had a nice lake view, but we stayed on the 10th floor and our toilet wouldn't flush correctly.
I had a wonderful time at Que-Sino night at the Marriott. Good was good, ambiance great. Had a good time
