The hotel could have told be when I booked there was construction going on in the building. I always stay at Marriott hotels but will never stay at this one again. Would not have paid the price if I would have known the construction and service was so bad. The only good thing was check in at 5 those two were great and when I check out !!
One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Dirty and hot, cannot control temperature in the room with the thermostat, window in room is covered with something white, table in main lobby is filthy. I ask a man yesterday to clean table and a lady came by and wiped the 4 outside edges and did not move anything in the middle it is still filthy with dirt and dust. Marriot is usually good but this place is worse than motel 6. And a $20.00 each breakfast and a $15.00 hamburger is outrageous.
We stayed here for a concert across the street at the Toyota Music Factory. Beautiful room and 5 minute walk to the venue! We will be back.

We stayed here to attend a show at Toyota Music Factory. We loved the location, the beds were super comfortable, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is undergoing some minor construction, but it never interrupting us having a wonderful time. The hotel is within walking distance to the music venue, amazing places to eat and lots of great places to chill on a patio.
This property was great for us. We had a trip planned to go to the water park in Grand Prairie, and I also had a gondola dessert cruise planned. They will pick you up from the hotel. What made this hotel experience amazing was the staff and Liz Bell who really helped plan and make a surprise proposal to my then girlfriend an amazing experience. I am a Marriott Gold Member. I booked Dallas Marriott Las Colinas last minute, late on Friday, April 13, 2018. After a long day all I wanted to do was shower and crawl in bed. When I got to my room I was shocked and disappointed at what I found. There was a half drunk bottle of water on the dresser, the toilet had been used and not flushed (eeeww) and there were no toiletry items-no soap, no shampoo, nothing.
