This was one of the best hotels i have stayed in and to have Beyond Vanilla here was awesome the Staff was over the top helpful i so recommend this hotel. T.C.

The hotel itself was nice. Food options were horrible if you don't have a car. Get the lake view, even though only half of the properties are developed. Queen beds advertised were doubles in our room. Balcony was nice. Wish it had 2 chairs and a table to enjoy the evening air. Plenty of hot wster, towels and toiletries. Cheerful staff, even if they font know what was actually around for dining options and distance. Self park, Valet parking is not worth the fee. Garage is right at entrance to lobby. We got a balcony room and the room was just what we expected. Restaurant was expensive. So we drove 1/2 a mile to get food. Parking was interesting. Not bad , just confusing. I too was disappointed on the wifi , but nothing my hotspot could not fix. I even shared with anyone that needed wifi.
The main tower is ok. But the rooms on the other side of the road were a bit old and far.
Great concierge service rooms with view overlooking lake
While I understand there were issues with check in due to the 'servers' being down... It is absurd to have guests wait in line an hour to check in, only to then be told it will be two more hours to get a room. Went to the restaurant (not crowded), was seated. Waited ten minutes after not being acknowledged- as we walked out the waiter chuckled and shrugged his shoulders. AC did not work properly. Just a run of the mill hotel - extremely disappointed.
Room smelled, AC is fixed to not go below 70, wifi sux, tub didn't drain, killed a roach first nite and a cricket crawling on me in the bed the 2nd nite, room service steak was dry and tasted like raw meat smells! Horrible experience here this time!
Great hotel and even better service.
