Great customers service! Entire stay was outstanding!!
This place is not only beautiful but the staff are amazing! Very helpful. Everyone in the restaurant is super awesome and friendly. I loved my stay there and I am sold for life. Absolutely outstanding.
After staying here for 17nights we are confident in saying this is an excellent hotel. We really felt like 'home' here. The staff absolutely made the difference here, very nice and hospitality is top. Our daughter loved them and especially Yasmine, Bree, Marte and Carter. They should get an award. Besides recommending this hotel we also will come back here soon. They also gave us every now and then some surprises; wine, cheese, cookies, milk, etc.. Loved it..

Nice room, however club room breakfast was so bad, served with just egg. There were no Starbuck coffee, some other brands. It was even difficult find milk, cream and spenda. Just checked on the ground floor again, no starbucks there also. There is a decent size man made lake which is kind of impressive. Bathroom, toilet is very close to the door, bath tub is okay not at the level of Marriot super chain quality. I didnt try the restaurant at the ground floor, however club room food experience was not good.
Location is great. Lake view is awesome. Look forward to future events at this site.
