We bought a car from here less than one year ago and I have spent more money fixing huge costly repairs on the car that should've been caught before the car had been sold us. I have never experienced customer service this poor from anywhere. Our sales rep Joe has been a totally nightmare and so unprofessional and down right rude. He has been so unwilling to work with us in any of the issues. We will never buy another car from them scam artists again and I will be telling all my friends and family to stay clear as well.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! I worked with Al Castro. He asked questions about what I was interested in and why, what features were important to me, understood my current situation and worked hard to bring everything together. Am I in my "dream car"? No. I am in a car that fits all the parameters I need. No pressure! Do I really like the 2013 Hyundai Sonata? YOU BETCHA!!!! Best part? I was not stretched into a payment I was uncomfortable with. Would I go back and buy from Al Castro again? Absolutely without hesitation!!!
Dallas Lease Returns sells cars at retail price without doing the proper mechanical repairs to ensure that the cars are, in fact, retail quality vehicles. Dealerships sell used cars at retail value, but they make the necessary repairs before selling the vehicles. I cannot recommend Dallas Lease Returns for that reason.
