I first went to this company last summer when my air conditioning broke and my boyfriend came with me and they nicely offered very solid education on installing a part. Then my furnace just went out two days ago and again they helped us with a very important but small part for the furnace. Then this morning the furnace went out again. So happy I found this awesome place! They were so nice, helped me confirm I was buying the correct part, and even contacted the original manufacturer of the condenser unit to verify the part. This is a God-send for the DIY homeowner! This will definitely be my first stop if I need anything else HVAC related. A $30 contactor/relay is all that was needed and my 23 yr old unit is back up and running!
I love it that they are open on Sunday! When A/C units go out, help is needed. The counter/sales guy was super helpful and was very knowledgeable.
I am so glad I found this place. It was Saturday night when we discovered that our air conditioner (condenser fan motor) went out while we were gone on vacation. This little parts store is open on Sundays with a friendly and helpful staff.
