Fix the ER! This is horrible. How embarrassing this is for management. I would be ashamed to be someone involved in this department. The wait is from hell and clean your floors!

They called the family right after the patient done with the surgery, when i came, asked 3 nurses stations and they had no idea where the patient is, finally at nurse station #4 , could locate where the patient at, However his room is not ready and the family has to wait for another 3 hours maybe more ( still waiting right now) . Go to Baylor or UT Southwestern not Medical City!!!!
They took excellent care of my husband during his chemo, pre & post stem cell transplant.
Professional all the way. With 5 buildings, one could get lost here EXCept for outstanding signage that guides you right to your location. And we spent 3 weeks there. Food served was really very good & trays were brought to the patient’s room by the most cheerful “servers.” We felt safe there.
Wound care center and Dr Jon denouplis are the best 2 things here
Great staff of doctors and nurses.
Only been for radiology tests but they are very caring people. I would definitely recommend.
