this hospital and the Doctor Contantine failed.my sister and her Newborn still birth. He sent my sister home when she was dialted too 3 centimeters and the baby was ALIVE!!!! .... The day he sent her home The babys heart stopped beating and she ended giving birth too my nephew.... THIS HOSPITAL SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!!!!!!! I HATE THIS HOSPITAL!!!!
Worst ER experience ever from the rude nurse at check in to the totally uncaring doctor that didn’t seem to have a clue what was going on why she was even brought in as he was discharging her.
RecommendedWhy is the workers in the cafeteria always look miserable? No one speaks no one smiles. When you go to pay they dont even greet you or tell you what your total is you gotta read the screen yourself. Prob better just to get a selfcheckout machine. I get its a hospital but most ppl that are here have some loved one who is sick and the staff here could be a little bit more friendly. I get more reaction out of the maintenance man. love it here, new amenities and great staff
My mom had hip replacement surgery and we were totally satisfied with the care she was given, nurses were wonderful , caring and patient. Dr. Casa is the best. Always took his time to explain all to us. My mom has no issues or complaints with her surgery and that’s unusual, she’s 83.
I had breast cancer surgery at Medical City on Oct. 7th. They sent me to room 870-N. Addie was my nurse at night. Let me just say that there has NEVER been a better nurse. Addie was absolutely AMAZING. I really try and be a good patient, but I was in severe pain, so I can't say how good or bad I was. Addie was so kind, patient and helpful. You would have thought that she was my personal nurse. She actually acted more like a sister than a nurse. I can't say enough good things about her. She deserves all the kudos and accolade... read more
