Dr. Maale has been my Othopedic Oncologist now since 2010. He is the only doctor I want to help me with my leg/broken femur bone. He was able to put my leg back together instead of amputation. I just pray he will be around for me. I understand he is moving to a new office in Carrollton. I am requesting my medical records be sent to me so that I can continue with Dr. Maale in his new practice in Carrollton. However, I am trying to see where the forms need to be mailed. Also, his staff was always awesome too.
