Same day delivery and amazing customer service! Thank you for the flowers

First time using this flower shop. Just got a picture of the flowers from my mom and it was definitely not the bouquet I was expecting. For $155+ (paid $190 with tip and delivery) I was hoping for more flowers and they being a bit fresher. I understand since its mother’s day it is pretty busy but picture should be more realistic of what you will be getting. I was so excited for my mom to get this bouquet but it did not meet my expectations.
For $120, I expected flowers that resembled the picture of the flowers that were purchased. Flowers that were delivered looked very disheveled and cheap.
