Horrible Customer Service. Sad to find out that Linda Hammond is no longer there but I can't blame her...Too many bad things to say about this place especially the head service rep! So, I'll just share the good news! I no longer have to go here and I found LINDA HAMMOND at RICHARDSON DODGE! Already made my service appointment and she was the consummate professional! Good riddance, Dallas Dodge!
DO NOT do business with these people. The Dallas police department has more than one complaint about them. Do not sign a conditional delivery form. They take your down payment; will not file the paperwork to complete your financing, even when your loan is approved. Within a few days, they make a false report to the police that you have not made timely payments and REPO your car. There are plenty of reputable car dealerships in the Metroplex, don't buy yourself a headache by doing business with Dallas Dodge Chrysler Jeep.
When I bought my 2008 Jeep Patriot I have an agreement for $12.95 oil change for as long as I have the car and bring it there. You all know how high gas was in 2008 when they made this agreement. But now they are saying that they stopped honoring the agreement because oil and gas is to expensive.

I had came to get an oil change and they didn't even greet me. I waited about 30 minutes and know one came to help me. So I ended leaving. Very bad service !!!!
We love our new Dodge Caravan!! We were dreading the process of buying a new car because of past experiences we had had at other dealerships... but everyone at Dallas Dodge treated us with the utmost respect. I will definitely recommend others to their dealership.
Linda Hammond... my service representative is great... she is always pleasant and helps me on my vehicles with real interest. I have seen her treat all her customers the same way. The rest of the shop has always been very courteous and helpful.
I had a tire rotation that was supposed to be on the car. Luke said I would get the tire rotation . I agreed to this with the 3 years of oil changes. It was not on there but Luke took care of it.
