Dr. Sonja Jagwani is an excellent dermatologist, but my concern is with the front office. I am an existing patient and never had problems with the office before. After waiting three months for my appointment, I was forced to cancel because the office repeatedly said they had not received my referral. My primary doctor sent it several times, and my insurance confirmed it. My last call was especially disappointing. The staff member was rude and hung up on me while I was still speaking. This was my first visit with this team and they are incredible! Everyone made me feel welcome and walked me through my entire skincare routine. Dr. Lauren was extremely helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend them for all your skincare needs !
