I had a terrible experience with Dallas County VSF. My truck was stolen, and I filed a police report. After it was recovered, I called Dallas County VSF between approximately 1:43 p.m. and 1:57 p.m. to ask what I needed to bring to pick it up. The woman I spoke with told me I only needed my title and identification. When I arrived, Patricia informed me that I had to pay to get my own stolen truck out of the impound lot. I could not get them to answer the phone for me over a police impound and I had to physically go up there just to find out how much it was to get it out I spent 3 hours on the phone I definitely would not use the phone service
The person in the front has a bad attitude only one person on the window and 16 people in front of me.
