I enjoyed living here, and I want to give major credit where it’s due: the concierge staff and service/maintenance team were consistently respectful and great to deal with. Unfortunately, management group was often slow to respond. The best fix is to go in person to the office. The move-out experience was particularly disappointing in regards to communication. The elevators were frequently broken and fire alarms went off somewhat often, occasionally late at night.
I was impressed with my tour guide and she was soooo much more than I anticipated and the flood our open communication was refreshing and I personally enjoyed her presentation and professionalism.
UPDATE 2026: I can't believe its been 5 years living at the D! I love everything about living in this space & I am so sad to move onto another building. The maintanence team, specifically Craig and Howard, are incredible people & very helpful at anytime of need. Additionally, Barbara, Diane & Princess at the front desk were always such a joy to chat with & get to know over the past couple of years. UPDATE: Fast forward 5 years and I’ve had the BEST living experience with Dalian On The Park by Bozzuto. I’m sad to say my roommate and I moved out last weekend but the memories we created in this apartment will be remembered for a lifetime. I want to give a huge shoutout to the maintenance team, specifically Craig and Howard. Whenever we needed them, they were there in a heartbeat. Lived here for a year and a half, and it was fine but somewhat disappointing considering the price. Cons: Service/Management was pretty poor - every request to management took weeks and multiple follow-ups to resolve. Some of the people working at the concierge are extremely rude, but some are great (shoutout Barbara). Amenities are also only ok for the price, the gym is pretty small and the pool is often packed with people on nice days.
