UPDATE 2026: I can't believe its been 5 years living at the D! I love everything about living in this space & I am so sad to move onto another building. The maintanence team, specifically Craig and Howard, are incredible people & very helpful at anytime of need. UPDATE: Fast forward 5 years and I’ve had the BEST living experience with Dalian On The Park by Bozzuto. I’m sad to say my roommate and I moved out last weekend but the memories we created in this apartment will be remembered for a lifetime. I want to give a huge shoutout to the maintenance team, specifically Craig and Howard. Whenever we needed them, they were there in a heartbeat. Lived here for a year and a half, and it was fine but somewhat disappointing considering the price. Cons: Service/Management was pretty poor - every request to management took weeks and multiple follow-ups to resolve. Some of the people working at the concierge are extremely rude, but some are great (shoutout Barbara). Amenities are also only ok for the price, the gym is pretty small and the pool is often packed with people on nice days. Came in today and was treated very brusquely by the front door staff. When I reached the front desk was “greeted” by an employee wolfing down food. I’m not talking about an energy bar- a full aromatic meal. Shouldn’t there be a break room for that? Was asked to show ID even though I have been here plenty of times. Dalian on the Park was my first choice until I actually visited. The experience was incredibly disappointing, starting at the front door, the concierge literally stared at me through the glass door while I knocked, refusing to unlock the door until I finally called the leasing office to get someone to let me in.
