This place is infested with roaches. I've been fighting baby roaches since I've moved in. The unit is SO dark. I wish I was exaggerating, but if there are no overhead lights on downstairs, it looks like it could be night time. Property Manager is useless and has poor communication. She is trying to schedule a move-out inspection at least 2.5 weeks before I move out and unwilling to work with me on days that would work best for me as a renter. Do not rent here - there is mold and roach infestations in the units. I made multiple complaints about the mold starting December 2024 and management did not send a contractor to test the mold issue until March. When they came and sent the results back it proved there were very high levels of mold in the unit specifically in the HVAC. I was pregnant while living here and my baby is 7 months old now living here and we have been exposed this whole time and I'm now experiencing respiratory and gut issues that I never had before... read more
