Nick was very helpful and courteous also he did the repairs in a timely manner.
Do not rent here - there is mold and roach infestations in the units. I made multiple complaints about the mold starting December 2024 and management did not send a contractor to test the mold issue until March. When they came and sent the results back it proved there were very high levels of mold in the unit specifically in the HVAC. I was pregnant while living here and my baby is 7 months old now living here and we have been exposed this whole time and I'm now experiencing respiratory and gut issues that I never had before... read more
The Dalewood neighborhood has rat issues including their townhomes in Woodvale Drive, it takes months to have landlord to fix anything.
Rachel was very helpful in letting us know what we needed as far as paperwork and documentation and helped get us in as fast as possible!
