Do not move here. Mold & Roaches. No grass on the laws. The homes are in terrible shape. They use cheap ways to make the units look nice but after a month or two of living the cheap fixes begin to expose themselves. Since the units are so old and poorly taken care of you will be calling maintenance for everything. But then maintenance never comes. I put in a maintenance requests almost 4 weeks ago. I called the office to notify them and still nothing. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
They have a major rat infestation going on that they never fix...I do not recommend
This place is infested with roaches. I've been fighting baby roaches since I've moved in. The unit is SO dark. I wish I was exaggerating, but if there are no overhead lights on downstairs, it looks like it could be night time. Property Manager is useless and has poor communication. She is trying to schedule a move-out inspection at least 2.5 weeks before I move out and unwilling to work with me on days that would work best for me as a renter.
