I cannot recommend leasing here. Since Anderson Townhomes took over management, getting a response from the landlord has been nearly impossible. I’ve had a leaking roof for over six months despite repeatedly reporting the issue, and nothing has been done to fix it. If basic maintenance and responsive property management are important to you, I would look elsewhere.
DO NOT MOVE HERE EVER!!! Anderson Townhomes are some thieves. The manager Lizbeth Juarez and REEP management allowed a maintenance guy name John inside my house while I was work and changed the locks to my unit while I was still living there I WASNT EVICTED OR SERVED ANYTHING, I was not provided a replacement key, after-hours instructions, or a clear way to regain normal access. UPDATE - I moved out of here 3/10/2026 and still have yet to receive my security deposit back. Even after email confirmation from management that it should’ve been sent out. There is NO phone number or physical office to get in touch. If you want to be ghosted and robbed out of $500, this is the place to live.
No management whatsoever. Have not received a response back to ANY inquiries in the 6 months I have been here. DO NOT consider unless you enjoy fixing your own problems.
Do not move here. Mold & Roaches. No grass on the laws. The homes are in terrible shape. They use cheap ways to make the units look nice but after a month or two of living the cheap fixes begin to expose themselves. Since the units are so old and poorly taken care of you will be calling maintenance for everything. But then maintenance never comes. I put in a maintenance requests almost 4 weeks ago. I called the office to notify them and still nothing. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
