0 Star : My Experience They did a beautiful job on my car ! I was told 4 days and given 2 options on Mondays to bring it in. My car was tied up for 11 days waiting for parts. I don’t understand why the parts weren’t ordered in advance

I’m still waiting for a call from them to take my car back in so they can finish the job. They did keep my car 5 days longer than anticipated (and work still isn’t complete), which was hard for me because I needed a rental (and Uber rides between the two) and my insurance didn’t cover it. Over the course of a week, they only reached out to us on day five when the vehicle was complete. We we’re told the vehicles would be done Tuesday or Wednesday, then Thursday then Friday morning.
