4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4.5 Star : Repair Quality My 2013 Nissan Altima had to be returned and redone. I was surprised that you did not contact me to let me know that the bumper and body did not match up before I picked up the vehicle nor point it out to me. This also affected the trunk closure. 3.5 Star : Customer Service I think the staff should have pointed out to me that the replacement parts did not match up in the repaired area on my car. My truck repair seemed to be good.
