5 Star : My Experience Very pleased with all aspects. Whenever I called for an update I always got a prompt answer. Excellent work. My car looks amazing. The estimate was more reasonable than the competition. The only thing that may have been done differently is a proactive phone call update letting me know when parts were in and the body work would start and estimated finish. 0 Star : My Experience It took 8 weeks for me to get my car back fully repaired. I feel if I didn’t keep calling almost daily it would have even been longer. I was told twice that someone would call me back and they never did so I had to call back. I chose Dales because I’ve had great experiences with 2 prior vehicles. I know parts are hard to get right now but if I would have been kept better informed I probably would feel better about this experience. 0 Star : My Experience They did a beautiful job on my car ! I was told 4 days and given 2 options on Mondays to bring it in. My car was tied up for 11 days waiting for parts. I don’t understand why the parts weren’t ordered in advance
