This is the best place we have ever been to! Within a few mins found the problem, 40 mins to replace alternator. Love this place! Will definitely recommend this place to everyone!
Ok. Those of you who have been following me especially my trucker friends know that for the last 2 years I have been battling a bad install of my APU unit on my truck. Arrow truck sales in Springfield hired APU Center out of Strafford, MO to install a used Tripac and they did a horrible job. How horrible? Best honest and most reliable reasonably priced service.
They were fast at putting on and it shows. I have had mine for a month aND the air conditioner does not work . Tried to call Dale but mailbox full and no reply .SITTING in Florida with truck running. I guess I'll bite the bullet and have it repaired on my own dime.Learned my lesson THANKS DALE
Nice guys, but make sure to test every possible scenario before you drive away. They may be good at rebuilding gens and APU's, but they're far from expert at wiring them into your existing electrical system, and even less adept at systems testing. Consider buying the unit and having it installed by someone you trust (or someone with nationwide service).
These guys are great, they got me in and out of the shop in one and a half days. They installed and help me understand everything I needed to know about it. Very professional, and Dale is a great guy man, he treats you well even when you have a hundred thousand questions lol. I really thought they were not going to be able to install it because lack of space on frame rail, but Dale said " I never seen a truck yet that I couldn't make it work safely " , that's what gained my confidence right there, Thanks guys for everything,... read more
They've always done me good and at a fair price and a couple of times even work me in when they was busy can't say enough good stuff
