Let me start by saying that this review of Dale White Motors is based solely on my experience with their service department. The service department with this dealership is the worst I have ever dealt with. They are unorganized, rude, and lazy. I discovered that their service technician had flat out lied and denied the warranty claim I had come in for, and when I caught his lie, the service managers did not want to hear it and said I was out of luck.
