FINALLY!! An honest trustworthy bodyshop that does what they say they will do and actually went above and beyond for me. Saved me my deductible AND repaired a small dent that had nothing to do with my accident for me. The car looks great and the owner couldn't have been nicer. Highly recommended!
Wonderful service! Honest, trustworthy people. They did a wonderful job on my car and could not have been nicer. They even helped me with my deductible which really was a God send because I am a single Mother with 2 small children and I was so so grateful that I broke down when they told me they could help me. In answer to your review Susan...here are the facts........ Your vehicle was totalled due to your daughter's accident while she was driving drunk. You were told this FIRST by McGann and Chester that's why they had you sign the title over to them, you didn't want to hear it so you insisted the car be brought to us for repair. You were told the car was totaled AGAIN by us when it got here and we inspected it..YOU DID NOT WANT TO HEAR IT.We told you it was not worth repairing yet you insisted we repair it, even begged us to rep... read more
TOOK SEVEN MONTHS FOR REPAIRS, IMPROPERLY REPAIRED AND UNSAFE TO DRIVE. LIED ABOUT REPAIRS MADE, A FRAUD.
Great servie – I took my car in to Dale's a few weeks ago for some body repair. Not only did they give me the best price as compared to 4 other estimates I received, they also did a superb job. I can't even tell that my car once had a dent, and the paint job was perfect. Dale and his wife are very friendly and helpful! I will definitely recommend Dale's to others in the future.
Very pleased with my experience – I was very pleased with the wonderful job they did on my car. My Toyota was involved in a very bad accident and I didn't think it could be saved. Dale's put it back together and the car looks terrific. If I ever need any future bodywork, I will certainly return to Dale's Auto Body.
Lost a Bird – I can't believe it. I just heard that Dales autobody lost a 1957 Ford Thunderbird and does not know where it is! I smell a rat.... I know that my antique wouldn't be restored there. If the bird gets found intact I will admit my mistake. Just Maybe Vicki should be a bit more in touch with what goes on at the shop she co-owns!!
GREAT EXPERIENCE – I highly recommend this shop. I was more than pleased with my experience. The work was excellent, done on time, and the people that work there are professional and courteous. You can tell they take pride in their work, and want things done right. I feel they even went above and beyond because I had a piece of panel molding that was chipped on the opposite side of what needed repaired(the accident repairs), and they took the time to fix that. Just a thought – I am part owner of Dale's Auto Body.. Dale and I do our BEST to help everyone..we save deductibles, knock prices down to rock bottom to help people when we can. Sometimes no matter HOW nice you are to people and HOW HARD you try to help them..they do not appreciate it. Thus the review by PENG which is VERY upsetting to me and is UNCALLED for.
