Hands down the worst doctor I ever had. Aurora pushed him on me. He never talked to me only to my brother. Never explained meds he prescribed or any treatment. I fired him twice and his office kept calling me to make appointments till I moved 1000 miles away. Terrible doctor.
Dr. Schaper did not listen to patient. Both ears were plugged with wax. This happens at least twice a year and he sees an ENT. Dr. Schaper said he could clear the wax. which he only made worse and was told to come back and he would try again, Husband asked for referral , but Dr. Schaper said he would have to wait too long to get in. So long story short, he made appointment himself and can get in within 2 days with an ENT!
