I am writing this review on behalf of my senior family members, who have endured months of frustration and disrespect at this dealership. The lack of professionalism and accountability here is alarming, and the way women are treated makes it even worse. We have been dealing with an ongoing issue involving a 2019 Buick Encore that continues to lose all electrical power. I’ve given them a lot of grace, especially since the financing error was on my behalf. However, there is absolutely no reason why they should have kept my first month’s payment for a vehicle whose financing was rescinded. The communication is atrocious, and you can never get a clear answer about anything. They even told me they would refund the payment just to quiet me down, yet I still haven’t received it. I had a much better experience at a different dealership and would never purchase from here again.
We had a very emotional (of great Faith), exciting, humorous, down right good time while making our purchase! When I say Austin Franklin and David Sharp were the absolute best!!!! Will be returning AGAIN soon!

I would not recommend servicing your vehicles here. I have two vehicles that I have had to bring back to this dealership multiple times for the same issue. You leave messages for the service advisor and the service manager but I am often left with no response or sufficient follow up. I will drive to Thomasville before I bring my vehicle back to this location.
