I just replaced the 4 tires that the service department at Dale Earnhardt put on my car in 2024 and the tire store showed me the tire manufacture date and it read 2021. So this dealership put 4, 3 year old tires on my car that are now flaking and dry-rotting. Inexcusable!!! Buyer beware!!!
I took my Cadillac SRX in for repairs, only to find out I needed a module that is not in stock nor do they make it anymore for my type of vehicle. The module had to be sent off. I said that to say my Service Advisor, Milton Hope did keep me informed every step of the process, couldn't have asked for a better Advisor. He has great customer service, very knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend
