Had a service scheduled for a Friday - but Tuesday of that week had an issue with car shutting down (driver error) and had it towed to Hendricks - they revised service to coincide with the other repair and the car was done and in top condition next day. Easy & Courteous, great service!

It was just a light bulb. I was greeted by a parts representative who kindly asked "how can I help you today" told him I was looking to purchase headlight bulbs for my truck. To which he responded "we do not carry those here"....... Interesting. You don't carry headlights bulbs? Without asking what truck i drove nothing! just refused me service.
