My Experience with Dale Earnhardt GMC was Exceptional with the assistance of Bryan Skipper in the Service Department. My 2005 Chevy C2500 experienced a Serpentine Belt failure as well as a Locked up Tensioner. This happened as I was traveling. A call to Brtan Skipper and I felt that my Vehicle would be treated as it was his own. Bryan recommended a local wrecker service and within 30 minutes my Truck was on the way. I went in for high mileage services and oil pan gasket replacement. Upon arrival inquired if a veterans discount was offered. I was told that USAF doesn't count. Also I requested the oil pan gasket be replaced it was leaking. I not only was disrespected for my military service but I was charged for a oil diagnostic and 2 oil changes. The transmission filters weren't mentioned or replaced with the "transmission service" and they were stock, so my truck is a 2015, 8 years old on those filters should be addressed.
