Called on a Monday morning and someone came out by 8:30am! DANIEL KELLEY was the technician who came out and found I had a blown capacitor and fan motor with extremely high amps. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand without patronizing me. He was not pushy and even suggested I could wait on replacing the motor and see how the replaced capacitor did.
