Zero follow-up. Had an initial meeting, took pictures to then come up with preliminary design ideas and then just disappeared. Seems like a great company with cool designs, but the (potential) customer experience and follow through needs work.
I am absolutely thrilled with the professional job that Dal-Rich did in designing and installing a beautiful outdoor living space in my backyard. I hired Dal Rich for an outdoor patio/pergola project and completely regret that decision. Todd (owner) was extremely responsive at the outset, responding to questions quickly, providing nice drawings/designs, updated quotes, etc. 4 full months into a "few weeks" project and things are still not complete. Hopefully Todd and his team will make things right.
DAL-RICH should be your ONLY choice! This summer (August 2015) we decided to have our dream patio built. We received many quotes from local companies yet regrettably we decided to hire a different company with whom gave us a lesser quote. We wish we would have just gone with Dal-Rich from the beginning. As the saying goes; "You get what you pay for"! We used Dal-Rich to install a pavilion roof over our patio deck. Jeff arrived as scheduled, listened to my ideas, then offered more REALISTIC suggestions which I appreciated. He did not try to sell me unnecessary add-ons and that was refreshing. The work was done in a timely manner and we are very pleased. The different work crews needed for this project were all very professional, tidy and timely. We are pleased with our project and recommend Dal-Rich, and we will use them again for our second project next summer!

We hired Dal-Rich to create a new backyard for us. They built us an outdoor living area and pool. We love what they built us. It is beautiful and we enjoy using our new backyard.
Dal-Rich provided a great custom design that exceeded all of our expectations. Everything was custom-built on site to our specification. Dal-Rich designed and installed a large arbor over our back patio. The quality of the wood they used and their overall construction standards were really impressive. I looked at about 5 different companies when making this decision and chose them on reputation within my neighborhood and overall value.
