Fillet Mignon, fish, pastas and chicken entrees are outstanding. Salads and vegetables are fresh and imaginative. The desserts are mouthwatering.

I rarely go out for a steak because I had just rather marinate my own and cook it to my liking. This past weekend I was on a trip in Texas and thought that in this state I have to go to a great steakhouse. I searched for a good hour before coming down to two places and decided on Dakotas. My family celebrates many special occasions there, but our experience yesterday was atypical: slow service, lots of mistakes, etc... I hope it's not a coming trend.
The steak and vegetables were wonderful. The champagne was wonderful. I can't wait to go back.
