This place is full of psychos and stalkers. The maintenance supervisor is a pedophile and a thief (just read reviews from other websites) that goes through peoples things when they're not home, computers and e-mail accounts, stalks and harasses residents, burglarizes and tampers with vehicles, etc. Stay far far away from this place! Management goes along with this stuff, doesn't care. The owners are Nazis and just care about appearances.
If you enjoy being burglarized, having your vehicles vandalized, and 7 thousand dollars worth of your locked up tools stolen, move into Dakota Ridge. Oh, of course, you'll be told by the manager of the complex, that we are "working on it", in regards to adding some lights so it's not pitch black after sundown. But then, when you research review sites, talk to neighbors, and check with IMPD, you'll see that this place has been a harvesting ground for vandals, burglars, and thieves for a few years now.
