“Terrible customer service. The nail tech (guy) was arrogant and he had no patience, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Definitely not the professional attitude you’d expect from a salon. I don’t recommend this place at all.”

I sat in the chair with my feet soaking for over 30 minutes before someone came over to start my pedicure. At that point I just said no thank you. There was no apology or offer to make the situation right like a discount. I understand that they can be busy, but don’t say you can take someone if you clearly are too busy with your other customers.
