Worst optimistic place over ever gone!! Seriously you’d be better off with a small woodland creature with a head lamp. The optometrists themselves aren’t horrible, the customer service otherwise is the real problem!
RecommendedDr Litchfield and Dr Balliet are the best. The whole staff is friendly and efficient and always work around our schedules.

They are a wonderful staff and very personal. Which is one of the standards you don’t find these days.
After FOD continuously bothered my eye for 2 days over a weekend this summer, I went to a local urgent care in Bismarck. They were unable to remove the small object and referred me to the emergency room. The ER was also unable to remove the object. I was able to get into Dakota Eye Institute ASAP Monday when they opened. After a quick check-in, the team was able to remove the object in about 10 minutes. There isn’t a long wait time. I like how they are friendly and make you feel at ease. They don’t hesitate to answer any of your questions.
Very good with kids. Friendly staff and all information was explained from paperwork to exam and follow up.
today the Eye Dr. n his nurses were very nice and i would recommend them to any momma with babies who need glasses..
