One location takes my insurance, the other does not. The frames i wanted were at the location that didn't take my insurance - note that i didn't know this until i was finished with my eye exam and getting glasses. Not a huge deal to drive farther to location 2 except - I have been waiting for these frames since June 12th - that's over 3 months. RecommendedSue in contact lens fitting was the best! She worked with me to find just the right prescription, giving me samples all the time to take with me and try in my day to day life! She was so patient. My exam was the most thorough exam I have ever had. I used to go to Pearle Vision and Vision Works.
Dr Rachel and her staff are very helpful and make your exam very enjoyable. All of the equipment used is state of the art. Five stars
Love Doctor Rachel and the contact god Sue! They have always been amazing through all my eye issues and I recommend them to people looking for an eye doctor all the time. I can’t say enough about how amazing these two are! My eyes have been a challenge for years and these two never give up and always show genuine care about it and how to fix it.
They always want to do what's best for your eye health. They are not afraid to tell you what you're doing wrong or could do better while offering other solutions. Plus they're all nice.

I’ve been going to Dakota Eye Care for about 25+ years. Dr. Hennen set me up with my very first pair of glasses, and later contacts. I’ve gone to other optometrists due to living out of state or insurance coverage. In my experience, Dr. Hennen is the very best.
