If i could give them a big fat 0 I would. Here is why......1.THEY HAVE COCKROACHES FOR A LONG TIME. 2. THEY ENTER YOUR APT WHICH BREAKS YOUR LEASE BUT THEY DONT CARE. THEY HAD 4 INSPECTIONS WITHIN A COUPLE WEEKS AND THE MANAGER TRYING TO SELL THE PROPERTY TOLD ME TO BE QUIET ABOUT THE BIG BUBBLE IN MY CEILING WHICH IS SO DISHONEST WHICH MAKES ME WONDER. 3. if I could give a big fat 0 I would. this is by far the worst place to live. they have had a history of having alot of cockroaches that took forever to get rid of so they say but they are not taken care of. Be careful expressing anything because then you will get an eviction. they just sold the building to new buyers and when they did so many inspections they wanted me to be quiet about all the issues in this place such as the heat going out every month so then they have to enter my apt countless times and ripped all the ven... read more
I moved out of Northern Heights at the end of May, 2020. While my experience living there was always positive - astonishingly, I received half of my deposit back! That never, ever happens with a property management company. No matter how well you clean, etc. I am absolutely amazed and thoroughly impressed. It speaks volumes for their integrity.
I just moved in and l love it. The management is so nice and helpful and l am so glad l moved here.
