The humble owners, Alan and GiGi along with the rest of the staff are attentive, unpretentious and sweet to patrons busy feasting on brunch. Chef Tony is reputed as being extremely creative while preparing the dishes and the result is often an unbeatable treat. Favorites include the Veggie Burritos, barbecue Pork burrito and nachos. Sauces are amazing and kids are welcome.

Great for Grant Park – First off I don't usually write reviews but one of the later "reveiws" got to me. Please disregard jiiterbug's tale. It's just not true. Been a regular since the early days and the place just has gotten better and better. I often meet my friends from the neighborhood there. Only if I'm STARVING! – My husband and I have been to Dakota Blue many many times. I hate the feeling that I get everytime I leave that place. ( Money Wasted ) I think they try too hard to create these crazy new things, but give it up people, sometimes, it just isn't good. Relaxing with friends – Dakota Blue is a real neat place. The relaxed atmosphere and good eats and drinks bodes well for this revitalized part of Atlanta. The owners are extremely nice people and interact with the customers. Try the great margaritas at a great price. This place was a real find!

Great Brunch! – My wife and I love brunch, but I am an impatient fella. I just won't wait for mor than 10 minutes. A friend told us about Dakota Blue's brunch. We got there around 10:30 AM and were promptly seated. I really like a good cupof coffee. Fabulous Veggie Buritos! Service is friendly although generally rather slow. – I've upgraded my rating significantly due to improvements noticed in 2006. PROS: -Food is always VERY good & made FRESH! -Creative specials everyday. Grant Park needed this! – This is a great addition to an area starving for a good burrito joint. Not only is the food fresh, but they serve up some monster margarita's for cheap. They also have checkerboards painted on the tables and many board games available. Definitely check this place out!
