Very professional artist. Free hand drawing. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. You must schedule in advance though. If they don't answer the phone, don't get offended, these guys and gals are knee deep in some ink work and it is hard to stop and answer the phone. Just leave them a message and e-mail.
