Kelly is very rude you either call her and she is and a good mood or she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I lost my job at one point and was behind in the current month for rent I told Kelly she would have her rent by the end of the month she hung up in my face and said she is going to put in a eviction for me first thing in the morning. These people are scum! Never fix anything and kelly is very rude with no class.
Worst property managers ever. Its funny that all the 5 star reviews start out the same way and have the same lingo. They obviously are writing those reviews themselves since they can't find a tenant who actually enjoys renting from them. Laughable.
I've rented from dak for 11 years there the best landlord I've ever had . Any time I need something fix it gets asap any time I had a problem they would take good care of me . If ur having money problems they will work with u . Some ppl will say thing bad about them don't believe it because there just mad because the did something they should have done .Trust me they are good landlords to rent I've been happy with them the whole 11 years I've been renting from them
I've been with DAK for approximately 5 years and they are the BEST!!!! Every time I call and speak with April, the situation I'm dealing with is addressed RIGHT AWAY! She's always courteous, understanding,very nice and always willing to help. I've also spoken with Dave the owner and he is always kind and ready to take care of any situation that may be going on.
