No luck getting anyone at Daizuki to refer me to anyone local to JAX to work on these machines. Chris Valdes in support tells me to find someone myself and then when I do and order the part, he tells me to have the person come back and do it again on my dime again because he screwed up not giving the right directions and technician referral the first time! Peter Chirino and his assistant were fantastic. Installation was fast, and very professionally done. My unit looks fantastic in my garage, and it Cools the entire area, just like he said it would. Peter was very detailed and thorough with directions on how to maintain the unit, and how to properly use it. Truly above and beyond Service.
Love how quite it is and easy to clean filters
I purchased 4 Daizuki Mini-Splits and they are great and affordable. Highly recommend them.
