I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen location. I ordered ice cream through their app, and it showed that my order was received, but the store insisted they never got it. The staff were extremely rude and had no idea how to resolve the issue, and they didn’t even know the customer service phone number. Employee had a nasty attitude. They're out of state cknof what I ordered, so I Have to call to get a refund. It's actually her responsibility to make the order right. Find better employees.... She even had an attitude with kids
