The last 5 times I've come to this location its been nothing but a nightmare rude staff an mediocre product being served i understand high volume but that does not mean the paying customer should receive a lack luster item
Terrible customer service. We got in line at 9:42 and they weren’t taking orders for a while. Just had cars sitting in DT. When they finally started taking orders again, they wouldn’t take our order when we came up the speaker at 10p on the dot. They said their screens go off at 10p when I know that’s a bullshit lie. You should serve whomever is in your line if they are in line by 10p. Not play around in the lobby and walk orders outside.
