If I could do a negative zero I would! All our daughter wanted was a blizzard ice cream cake with blue writting ordered this cake 2 weeks ahead and on her birthday we take her to pick it up and they refuse to do what we ordered! Leaving with a kid that is very upset and settled for something cause it’s her birthday and she didn’t want to leave empty handed! Shame on you DQ I will never order a cake from yall again! Yall just ruin kids birthdays!
Came around noon and one of the workers who was on the fryer didn’t have gloves on. She was dropping chicken tenders into the fryer and buns into the warmer and didn’t have gloves on for either. I let the manager know and he just said okay. Didn’t tell her to put gloves on or anything.
I haven’t eaten at a DQ for years but stopped by and got a bacon cheeseburger combo. It was the best fast food I have had in a long time! The people were super friendly as well. Dining area was very clean and the work area looked tidy. I have since stopped two more times with the same great quality food and service!
