Drinks warm, they don't acknowledge that you are at the counter, burger tough, pop is flat. Fries were ok!
I’ve been going to this Dairy Queen for years and overall it’s a solid spot, especially when I’m in the mood for their poutine (which has vegetarian gravy!): my go-to. The portion size is generous for the price, and it’s always hot with crispy fries, lots of tasty gravy, and big chunks of melty cheese. Everyone I’ve gotten to try it says it’s better than they expected. I also really like their mix option where you can pair a small fries with a small sundae or slushy. Good spot for sweet tooth
Went in at 8 p.m. ordered 4 blizzards and 1 banana split. 1 lady on a ipad taking orders and one girl who was overwhelmed attempting to keep up with orders. Recieved 1 of 4 blizzards. Asked for them to put in freezer until rest of order was completed. 2 other workers apeared half way through my order. Non of my blizzards were flipped in front of me. I had a frustrating experience at this location. I ordered a mini dipped strawberry cheesecake Blizzard without cheesecake. They didn’t flip it upside down, and when I asked about the “flip or it’s free” policy that’s posted on the menu, staff said they didn’t have to honor it and blamed DQ Corporate. If a promise is advertised, it should be followed. My Blizzard was also messy and leaking. When they remade it, it barely had any strawberry sauce and just tasted like vanilla with chocolate chunks.
