i mean i don't get the hate for this location but i like it, their flamethrower tenders and poutine are good same with the oreo blizzard, went there yesterday and it was really good
Staff are awesome,
Pre-ordered and pre-paid for a chocolate cake - they clearly forgot to make the cake and made it in 3 minutes once we arrived to pick it up. Told us there was a "mistake" and they made it vanilla ... cake looked terrible and was freezer burn - threw 1/2 the cake out. Will not return.
My family and I were looking forward to a nice treat together on Saturday, July 4th, around 2:00 or 3:00 PM, but this visit was a major disappointment. I ordered three medium ice creams but received two mediums and one small. When I brought this to the employee's attention, he stated he had rung it up as a small. While he offered to remake it, his defensive delivery made for an unpleasant experience, so I declined and left.
