I had a great customer experience with Marcus. He was very kind and helpful when ordering. Would definitely recommend!
Super sweet staff and awesome experience. Sadly, a lot of the new flavours are frequently empty at this store but it’s just because it’s popular. No big deal. My dogs love it too, always getting spoiled with pup cups. Love this DQ!
I went to get 2 medium blizzard. I pay the whole amount and in return the lady working over there just gave me less than 3/4th cup for my order in both of my blizzards. So I told her why its not full she just made the weird face which was not at all appropriate for customer to get. I would recommend to go to other dq places rather than this store as it was not the 1st time this happened. Highly disappointed with their customer service.
I usually don’t like this location because of poor management but some of the employees make the entire experience worth it. Laiba is a girl who always had a smile on her face and will always deliver good customer service. She’s good at her job and has a great attitude, if I come back here it’ll be because of her.
