Ordered a hot fudge sunday, got chocolate syrup. I did enquire about it and was told, "that is hot fudge!" with a nasty attitude. Toss it in the trash and left.
Fix your dang ice cream machine. If I wanted a liquid ice cream experience I would have ordered a shake. Also I have never been here without them messing up the order somehow.
Came through drive thru today. I was taken off guard and very uncomfortable when I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip. No and double no. There was a tip jar sitting out.
