Previously was very disappointed with this location, appears to have new management that understands how to run a business and make money. Employees seem happy which made service great! Not too mention the first time in three years we were able to get all the food and desserts we wanted to order! I would urge people to try this DQ again if the past left a sour impression of them.
I get pretty excited about ice cream, but this visit was just depressing. We were sitting for more than 12 minutes at the drive thru before we were able to order. When we finally got our bizzards, mine was only hald mixed and the rest was just vanilla ice cream and nothing else. My dad's was missing some of the key points of the blizzard. We don't usually have problems here but the last couple times we have had to wait for an extended period of time.
Hot fresh lunch, great price and served by a pleasant courteous staff. Of course the sundaes were good �
I've always had issues with this location not properly cleaning the blizzard machine. During the holiday season when they have peppermint I've found swirls of red and a hint of peppermint in my cookie dough blizzard. Last night finally took the cake, let's just say it ended with a face to face date with my porcelain throne.
Waited 20 minutes to get my food and the family of 8 got theirs before i did. Mayo only on my sandwich which was wrong sent it back and they used the same burger to remake it. Girls and the manager running around like they didn't know what they were doing. Luckily i used a gift card or i would of wanted my money back. Horrible. I am a fast food worker and this was unacceptable
The service took forever and I left without ordering ice cream since it would have taken another hour. Since I don't have Dairy Queen by me I make a point to go when I'm on vacation. �
While the ice cream was great. The lady that waited on us was a mistable women. She had issues. And very unfriendly.
