I completely understand business hours, but walking up at 7:57 and them serving me was great. However having to listen to the girl bad mouth me and my child and use four letter words while doing it is a little much. Not only did the staff continue to speak loud enough for me and my little girls to hear, she decided to get in her car and race around the tiny parking lot., revving her obnoxious little engine as if that was going to scare us away. Some employees are not wearing masks when prepping the food. My daughter and I just left the location on Maple Street and had ordered but we witnessed the employee making the food NOT wearing their masks properly and wore it under their chin! I strongly recommend not ordering from this location!
RecommendedEveryone has a bad day but come on! Short staffed , unfriendly , manager kept giving my tacos out to car in drive through. Offered me free ice creams fourty minutes later while still waiting on tacos.... three freaking tacos!!!! I got ugly said no thank you I just want my f ing tacos!!!!! Then as I sit down to inhale she is behind the counter speaking about me loudly until the employee said I was in lobby! Bwah hahahahahaha!
used door dash, was shorted a small blizard. called store was told I could come in and get a free one. wait, I payed for it, not free and I used door dash for a reason. get someone responsibe to run your business or do-it-yourself .

Usually we love Dairy Queen. But today I was very disappointed!!! You turned away a veteran because the only thing he had to show he was a veteran was a state issued hunting license that said disabled vet on it. Way to show your support for someone that has been through so much and even got blown up with scars to prove it protecting your freedom. Goodbye Dairy Queen we will not be back.
