The past several times we've been there, the wait in the drive thru line after ordering ice cream is ridiculous. Slow, haphazard service. Impersonal, unapologetic waitstaff.
We ordered food and the food was piling up ready to get baggrd for customers and no body was doing that. I bet there wad 5 burgers, 4 fries, 2 onion rings, 2 chicken baskets and they just ignored it. Totally unorganized. People were bringing there food back and tgey offered to put burger in microwave. I belief a fresh one should of been made. Service was horrible. When i asked the cook if they could get the food bagged up she got snippy with me.
very good pleasant service and atmospher workers very friendly would go back again if ever in erie pa ♥:)
