awful experience. the food was so bad i could not even eat it. Also when i called to complain and request a voucher for new food they refused to answer the phone. i will NEVER be back.
We just had the displeasure of spending $10 for a large hot fudge sundae and a banana split. The hot fudge sundae had about a tablespoon of fudge on it all on one side. When I mentioned it to the girl she said it's bc it's leaning. It looked like a cup of ice cream. We live very close by but we will not be going back to the establishment again. There are plenty of ice cream stores in Erie who value a customer's input.
I got a small crunch kite vanilla cone at 4pm on 4/4/2019. Took a nap and woke up at 630pm. From that time on I've been projectile vomiting till about 9am 4/5/2019. CLEAN YOUR KITCHEN!!! This is the only thing I ate yesterday.
Absolutely terrible experience. When we ordered, we requested a Reese's Cup Blizzard, a Brownie Batter Blizzard, and a 1/2 lb. Flamethrower Burger. The order was repeated back to us and we pulled forward. When we got to the window, our two Blizzards were given to us, but she somehow forgot to put in the burger, even though she had repeated it to us correctly. Screwed my drive through order up! Diet soda instead of regular. Cheeseburger instead of Chili cheese dog! No ketchup for fries- yes I requested ketchup. Called to tell them and all I was told is I can look at the tapes. Not a good experience. I realize mistakes happen but when you take the time to tell them and there is nothing done that doesn’t make you a return customer.
Went on Sunday at 7:15pm and they were closed. Website says open !
They need to learn to make blizzards. They suck!
staff needs to learn how to make a proper Blizzard. They are not supposed to be thick milkshakes!
Wonder if this location is honoring the $1.99 parfait and sundae on the 19th and 20th??
